That’s right.. this is a healthy weight loss transformation from the inside out.
I will be giving you easy to follow tools and step by step strategies to achieve your ultimate lifetime healthy success. I know they work because I’ve used them with hundreds of my very own fitness clients in my in home personal training company Destination Fit. . I too use these tools to stay on track and live my healthy lifestyle!
Throughout the next 14 days you will build the foundation not only for weight loss, but also towards a healthy vibrant life!
Here’s How It works (Full Video Explanation):
1. Listen to the video of the day: Each day I’ll post a brand new video explaining your step by step process in order to reach your goals. We start off slow and build gradually.
Remember, most of my clients take a week to add on each new task. Here You’ll only have a day.
If you feel overwhelmed with any of the steps, please don’t feel afraid to continue to work on it before you move forward to the next day. In fact, I encourage you to do this. Remember, you’re adding steps that my clients take weeks, or even months to complete, and you’re doing it all in one day!
Change takes time. You should not move to the next step until you feel completely comfortable with the task you’re given . This time you’re changing for the rest of your life, so take your time to embrace it.
2. Do the Task of the day: Don’t just listen to the advice, apply it right away.
If you know the body challenge of the day is waiting for you, and your not ready to follow it, then don’t open it until your ready to act.
3. Keep your old tasks and add on: Each day presents a new part of your healthy lifestyle journey, but it doesnt mean you forget the day before.
For 14 days each task is added to the next.
day 1 you do task 1
day 2 you do task 1 and 2
day 3 you do task 1, 2 and 3 … and vice versa.
Each step is a progression that builds upon the next in order to create one perfectly healthy lifestyle.
4. Don’t feel afraid to reach out:
When it comes to working with my clients one on one, they get to ask me two or three times a week how to stay on track or how i can alter the steps to work for their life better. This is no different for you!
I’ve created an abundance of opportunities for you to get ongoing support and motivation. because let’s face it, we’ve all had days when we’ve really needed a cheering section, someone to talk to or someone who can create clarity and eliminate confusion when we’re on a new journey (especially a weight loss and well-being journey)!

5. Tell a friend for support:
When you tell your loved ones your doing a challenge it has two amazing affects:
1. It gives you the support you need when things get hard: Making any life change is difficult. A body transformation is a life change so treat this journey with the respect that it deserves.
Sometimes things may feel rocky, but when you have an amazing support system to lean on, it makes the journey so much easier. Tell your closest friends and family members that the next 14 days your counting on them for your support.
2. It ensures you wont give up: When you tell your loved ones your doing a challenge, it makes it harder to back down. At the end of the day, your holding yourself accountable for your very own actions and your chances of giving up become slim to none!
Once all of these amazing steps are in place, your ready to go.
