Today you’ll also need light weights to get these results.
Usually I don’t recommend really light weights because they don’t create enough demand on your muscle to transform your physique.

but during this workout you’re changing the way you use these weights.
You’ll extend your arms, creating a longer lever which makes the workout more challenging.
Another reason you can use light weights is because your belly muscles are endurance muscles which need high repetitions in order to tone and flatten the area.
When it comes to high repetition muscle groups, You only need to lift light weights. This will give you a fabulous belly burn without injury.
In other words, you never want to lift heavy weight when you’re toning the tummy.
One more fabulous part of this workout is the ability to tone and tighten your tummy standing up. This protects your back from repetitive injury as it tones the low tummy, the love handles and the upper belly too.
It’s a win all around!
For this workout grab a set of light weights (2-5 pounds)
Also, remember the longer you extend your arms, the more challenging the workout will be.
