In Order to Get Results My Workouts Have to be Tiring, Boring or Time Consuming
The Truth: Over 50 the best way to lose fat, to increase your strength and achieve an optimal quality of life, is with weights (I talk about this in my upcoming free live coaching session, but for now, you just need to know that it’s weights).
With weights you only need to do them a few times a week, and you need to start with a few quality moves. You’ll begin to notice your pants fit looser, you tackle twice as much in your day, because you’ve got more energy, and you feel strong.
So, instead of believing that it has to be long, boring or time consuming
Blast that belief and begin with a quick quality workout. It can take as little as 10 minutes just a few times a week.
You can find 10 minutes just a few times a week can’t you?
2. “I Can’t Get my Body Back After 50” or, “It’s too Late to Start”
Some women believe that weight gain and pain are inevitable consequences of aging. They either think, “What’s the point of trying” or refuse to listen to their body and push back, but that just creates more stiffness and more weight gain, which further feeds into the negative stereotypes of aging.
Truth: It’s never too late to start!
There’s no denying it: you’re body’s not playing by the same set of rules it did in your 20’s or 30’s.

Truth: Especially over 50, when it comes to losing fat, increasing strength and achieving optimal health, it’s all about the quality of your workout and the types of foods you eat.
