I’m sure you’re familiar with ab workouts. After all, flattening the tummy and reducing back pain are two fantastic goals.
While the plank, is one of the most popular and beneficial ab exercises to help you reach these goals
(because of their ability to tone the tummy and strengthen the core all at once). This exercise can often aggravate the shoulders, or the low back.
So, in order to continue to tone the tummy while creating back strength, let’s go over one of my favourite alternatives to plank exercises.
